In Tullow Ghana Ltd v Vallourec Oil and Gas France SAS, the Commercial Court determined seven preliminary issues and in doing so considered some common issues which arise in the context of international sale and purchase contracts relating to contract formation and its terms, when does delivery occur as well as limitation.
