In preparation for the AMLO VASP Regime, the Securities and Futures Commission recently published the Consultation Paper on the Proposed Regulatory Requirements for Virtual Asset Trading Platform Operators Licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission.

Appended to the Consultation Paper is the draft Guidelines for Virtual Asset Trading Platform Operators which the SFC proposes to adopt and will set out the regulatory requirements of the AMLO VASP Regime.
