Stephenson Harwood advises Ethos Partners on investment in House of Marketers

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Ethos Partners (“Ethos”) on its investment in House of Marketers, a leading influencer marketing agency.

Ethos is a UK-based private equity investor focused on backing high-quality, founder-led businesses with strong growth potential. The investment will support House of Marketers and its founder and CEO, Inigo Rivero, as the business enters its next phase of international expansion and invests further in technology, data capabilities, and service development. Frontier Development Capital provided senior debt facilities in support of the transaction.

Founded in 2020 by Inigo Rivero, a former TikTok EMEA employee, and co-founder Rohan Midha, House of Marketers is a leader in creator-led campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The business serves more than 100 clients annually through a global network of over 250,000 influencers, generating over 95% of its revenues outside the UK and 65% from Asia.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by Private Equity Partners Malcolm MacDougall, Richard Coleman and Rajiv Kakkad, supported by Managing Associate Nicola Baird, and Associates Lydia Zakrzewski, Ben Challenger and Arshi Ratansi. Employment advice was provided by Partner Richard Freedman and Associate Aaron Pooni, and Finance advice by Partner Julie Romer and Associates Lucia Barretto and Katherine Emerson.
