Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised on the landmark sale of Corelink Rail Infrastructure Limited (CRIL) to Porterbrook, a leading UK rolling stock company.
CRIL, previously owned by Infracapital and DWS Group, owns and leases a fleet of 324 Alstom Class 730 Aventra EMU vehicles and 80 CAF Class 196 DMU vehicles, which together accounting for around 60% of West Midlands Trains’ operations.
