Stephenson Harwood advises on sale of The Bush Hotel
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised a group of private investors on the sale of The Bush Hotel to a UK hotel group.
The Grade II listed Bush Hotel is a highly-regarded asset in the UK hospitality sector, and its sale attracted considerable market interest. The transaction marks a significant milestone for the investors (who hold interests in the UK hospitality industry) and represents a strategically important transaction for them.
