Stephenson Harwood advises the buyer of m.y. ETERNITY

Law firm Stephenson Harwood has advised the buyer of ETERNITY, a 65-metre Codecasa superyacht fully refitted in 2022.

ETERNITY, built by Codecasa in 2010 with a steel hull, features an exterior design by Codecasa and a Bahamas-inspired interior, originally designed by Della Role Design and enhanced by Suzanne Lovell.

The yacht accommodates up to 14 guests across seven suites and includes a gym, a central elevator serving all decks, a foredeck jacuzzi that doubles as an exercise pool, and a comprehensive audiovisual system. With a top speed of 17 knots and a range of 6,000 nautical miles, ETERNITY also benefits from a well-established and highly regarded charter program.

“We are delighted to have supported our client in this prestigious acquisition. ETERNITY represents the excellence of Italian shipbuilding, combining performance, exceptional craftsmanship and innovation. This transaction demonstrates our team’s expertise in advising on the most complex operations in the superyacht sector,” said Partner Ezio Dal Maso.

The Stephenson Harwood team comprised Ezio Dal Maso, Partner and Head of the Superyacht practice, and Senior Associate Alberta Longanesi Cattani.

Moores Rowland acted as the owner’s representative and tax advisor.
