Private Equity | 05/05/2026

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has worked alongside Sheppard Mullin in advising York Space Systems (‘York’) on the UK aspects of its agreement to acquire ALL.SPACE, a leading provider of advanced satellite communications terminals and multi-network connectivity solutions.

ALL.SPACE, founded in 2019 and headquartered in the UK, has developed the Hydra Terminal Range, a high-performance, software-defined platform enabling simultaneous multi-link, multi-orbit, and multi-band connectivity across a variety of satellite networks. The acquisition will see ALL.SPACE operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of York, supporting York’s solutions for national security and commercial customers.

The transaction required close coordination with US counsel Sheppard Mullin and involved complex, cross-border considerations. The Stephenson Harwood team advised on a range of UK legal issues, supporting York’s strategic growth and expansion in the communications and defence sectors.

Private Equity Partners Adam Crossley and Chris Manning led the Stephenson Harwood team, supported by Associates Gary McArthur and Harry House, and a cross-practice team from the firm’s Tax and Incentives; Employment; IP, Tech and Data; Real Estate and Projects; Finance; Commercial Litigation; and Private Wealth practices.
