Our real estate team has a reputation for offering pragmatic, commercially-focused advice on all manner of commercial and residential transactions.  Our clients include major property companies, institutional investors, hotel groups, public sector organisations and corporate occupiers.

We advise on investment acquisitions and disposals, development projects, sale and leasebacks and other real estate structures as well as the more routine landlord and tenant matters such as relocation and lettings through to handling litigation.

We have acted on the cutting edge of PFI and played major roles in many of the early public/private partnerships.  We have extensive experience of real estate development and regeneration, negotiating planning agreements and securing planning permissions as well as a broad range on environmental issues.
