Known for our proactive approach and sensitivity to the commercial drivers, our cross-disciplinary team draws on many years of practical and industry experience in the telecommunications sector, with a deep understanding of the related legal and regulatory issues, in advising on commercial, regulatory and outsourcing transactions.
The team advises a broad spectrum of clients including internet service providers, TV franchisees, mobile telephony providers and network operators, as well as purchasers of major telecom systems. We also act for Europe's largest independent wi-fi network operator.
