Operating out of Guangzhou, Hong Kong, London, Shanghai and Singapore, we act for listed and private companies, international banks, private equity houses and management teams.

Our corporate finance lawyers provide a range of expertise that includes acquisition finance, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and capital markets, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital and takeovers.
