We have advised on a number of high profile real estate disposals and acquisitions, including the £400 million acquisition of the Willis Building – one of the largest property transactions in the City of London since the onset of the credit crunch.

Our clients include corporates, financial institutions and real estate investment funds and we are also strong in the hotels and leisure sector - advising three of the UK's top ten hotel operators on their extensive property portfolios and developments.

Our team also have particular expertise in major development initiatives including town centre redevelopments, regeneration schemes and residential developments.  High profile instructions include working with the London Development Agency on major regeneration projects at Silvertown Quays and Dalston Interchange and acting for EDF Energy on the development of the Olympics 2012 site in East London.
