- Advising European Buyers on the structure and terms for the construction of a $100 million specialized offshore service vessel to be constructed in Brazil.
- We advised Höegh Autoliners in respect of the negotiation and drafting of shipbuilding contracts with China Merchants Heavy Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd for multi-fuel, zero carbon ready PCTC vessels for Höegh Autoliners' newbuilding programme.

- Reviewed all storage facility concessions for Port of Fujairah and prepared a table to show our client the inconsistencies between the various concessions they signed over the years and provided feedback on how they could become more consistent when renewals would come up. We also provided them with our assessment of the problems with some of the agreements they had signed and how these should be addressed.
- Drafted the heads of terms, a lease agreement and a concession agreement for the owner and developer of a port terminal in Saudi Arabia. This is in relation to the development of a new port terminal for a logistics and freight forwarding company which will specialise in RoRo vessels. The Agreements are essential to establish clear terms for land use, operational responsibilities, revenue sharing and risk management.
- Advising the owner of a port in East Africa on the proposed concession and development of port facilities including the container area, cargo handling and stacking areas, together with supporting infrastructure. This included advising on all equity/investment documents.
