Alex has a track record of delivering transactions for clients across the entirety of the commercial real estate sector, utilising his commercial approach to identify and implement solutions to resolve deals efficiently. He has advised on some of the largest transactions in the English real estate market in the last few years, and advises clients across all sectors on the full range of asset classes, with a particular focus on regeneration and development, the living sector and hotels and leisure.

Alex is instructed by a wide range of clients, including institutional investment funds, local authorities, high net worth individuals, REITs, hotels and restaurants.

• Disposal of a mixed-use £300 million Fitzrovia estate

  Led on the successful disposal of a portfolio of 27 assets (spanning office, retail, leisure and residential use classes); the largest West End disposal of 2023.

• Alternative funding structures for development projects

  Advising developers on implementing a series of long income structures for the development of various projects, including local authority housing in Dartford, the regeneration of a parade of shops in Stevenage, NHS accommodation in Maidstone and hotels in London Bridge and Royal Victoria Dock.

• Sale of The Forum Hotel in West London

  Advising on the high profile £350 million disposal of the IHG branded Kensington Forum Hotel as part of a corporate wrapper transaction, on a vacant possession basis including advising on operational aspects of the deal.
