Anne has acted for a small family business with a handful of employees to a multinational conglomerate with a unionised workforce of thousands; the managing partner of a global consulting firm, and a self-employed theatrical fight-choreographer.
Anne pursues and defends claims in Court and Tribunal, undertakes independent investigations/reviews, and is an entertaining speaker and trainer. She combines almost three decades' experience of workplace law with fresh, innovative problem-solving skills. Her advice reflects emotional intelligence and good humour, aligning with each client's culture & values.
Anne co-founded the Firm's current award-winning employment law team in the Middle East. She co-wrote the DIFC Employment Law Commentary (1st ed.) commissioned by the Chief Justice of the DIFC Courts.
