Aurélie advises French and international banks, including development finance institutions, investment funds and industrial companies on structured financing transactions, in both domestic and cross-border contexts.
Her practice covers asset finance, with particular expertise in shipping finance, as well as project finance. She advises on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of a broad range of financing transactions, including bank loans, bond issuances, finance leases and tax leases, notably across the energy, infrastructure and mobility sectors.
Aurélie also assists clients with general banking law matters throughout the life of transactions and works closely with all stakeholders to address legal, commercial and operational issues arising in complex financings.
