Bréa has significant experience in the structuring and launch of investment funds, with a particular emphasis on venture capital. She supports clients throughout the fund formation process, from initial structuring to documentation and closing.

She is also recognised for her expertise in fund due diligence and investor-side reviews, assisting clients with the analysis and negotiation of fund terms. In addition, she advises on complex secondary transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of fund interests, in multi-jurisdictional contexts.

Bréa began her career at Linklaters in Luxembourg, where she developed solid experience in cross-border fund structuring, before joining leading international law firms in Paris, including McDermott Will & Emery and Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

She is valued for her commercial approach, proactivity and ability to identify key issues, making her a trusted adviser in the private equity market.

Bréa also regularly publishes regulatory updates, notably on European retail investment reform, AMF enforcement decisions and AIFMD II developments.
