She’s part of the firm’s Global Leadership Team and leads the business development, marketing and client experience functions—ensuring they support the firm’s long-term strategic goals and international growth.
Caroline has spent over 25 years helping global law firms connect with clients more effectively. She’s led international teams, built functions from the ground up, and helped firms navigate complex mergers and integrations. During her time in Hong Kong, she set up and led the Asia business development and marketing team for a major international firm.
Known for her collaborative style and clear focus on results, Caroline works closely with partners and teams across the firm to deliver standout client service. She’s a qualified sales and client engagement coach and is always looking for innovative ways to improve how law firms work—both for their clients and their people.
