Graeme advises developers, sponsors, contractors, funders, consultants and public sector bodies on domestic and international engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects. His sector experience spans commercial real estate development, power and energy transition, life sciences, hotels and leisure, development financings, residential development (including build to rent and PBSA), education, waste, transport, logistics and accommodation. His experience across a wide variety of sectors enables him to use his experience to create innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Graeme supports clients throughout the project lifecycle, from project inception and procurement, bid strategy, contract drafting and negotiation as well as providing on-site support for live construction projects and in the operation and maintenance phase.
He regularly helps clients structure development and infrastructure projects, creating bespoke contractual solutions tailored to project complexity and funding needs. He is experienced with JCT, NEC, FIDIC, MF/1, IChemE, RIBA, ACE, and RICS standard forms of contract and appointment. He also advises on public procurement matters and advises on insolvency issues within supply chains.
