Katherine Wenbourne

Katherine Wenbourne is our Chief People and Talent Officer and is responsible for delivering the firm’s people strategy, driving forward the firm’s commitment to retain and attract talent and creating a culture of excellence where people from diverse backgrounds are able to succeed and perform at their best.   Katherine leads the firm’s international people team comprising of commercial HR and talent professionals who advise and support the business across a range of functions including talent acquisition, training and development, HR operations and diversity and inclusion.  

Katherine has over 20 years of generalist HR experience in professional services firms, including almost 19 years in global HR roles at Allen & Overy.  She has extensive experience of delivering large scale engagement and talent development initiatives as well as change management programmes on an international scale.  She is a member of the global leadership team, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer as well as Office Managing Partners and Practice Group Leaders, and co-chairs the firm’s global people and culture committee.
