Kirinee advises on capital markets and corporate transactions, with a particular focus on IPOs, debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and cross-border investments.
She has extensive experience advising listed and private companies, investors, financial institutions, underwriters and international corporates on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Her practice encompasses securities regulation, corporate governance, foreign direct investment, regulatory compliance and licensing, as well as legal due diligence and transaction structuring under Thai law.
