He also represented a state-owned oil and gas company in a USD 225 million shareholder loan dispute before the Dubai Courts. Additionally, Mazin defended clients against a USD 400 million claim involving a European tax authority before the Dubai Courts. Throughout his career, he has acted for international shipowners on liability limitation, contributing to landmark decisions in the Dubai World Tribunal and Jordanian Courts, establishing limitation funds in both jurisdictions.
