Ming Hui is a corporate Associate in the Southeast Asia M&A and private equity practice at Stephenson Harwood. She advises on a broad range of corporate transactions including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, strategic joint ventures and co-investments, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory and compliance matters.
Ming Hui's experience spans all levels of the investment life cycle – from early-stage venture capital start-up fundraising to complex, high-value M&A and co-investment deals across various sectors. She co-leads Stephenson Harwood Singapore's venture capital Start-up Technology Emerging Companies Programme (STEP), supporting early-stage technology businesses in the region's fast-growing start-up ecosystem.
Having completed a client secondment for a major global provider of renewable energy solutions, she brings a commercially attuned, client-first mindset to her work. Clients value her as approachable, responsive, and solution-oriented, providing reliable support to assist them with navigating legal and regulatory challenges in the region.
