Oliver has extensive experience advising clients in high-profile matters covering high court litigation, international arbitration, adjudication, judicial review proceedings, and appeals before the Competition and Markets Authority.

Oliver's construction experience includes complex delay/disruption and defects claims arising out of projects both in the UK and the UAE, encompassing airports, power plants, offshore pipelines, and road and utility networks. He regularly provides strategic advice to PFI project companies and their investors in the health and education sectors, in disputes arising out of both alleged service performance failures and latent defects. He also advises rail investors on day-to-day dispute avoidance.
