- Acting for a UK-registered company and a high-net-worth individual in an unfair prejudice claim in the High Court, worth in excess of £10million.
- Acting for a European ultra-high-net-worth individual in a judicial review claim relating to a tax matter, including an application to the Court of Appeal.
- Advising and acting for a high-net-worth individual in multi-jurisdictional civil fraud and conspiracy matter globally worth approximately $1.5 billion.
