Victoria is part of the Central Management and Global Leadership teams, directly supporting the firm’s CEO, and helping to deliver on the firm’s strategy.
Victoria plays a pivotal role in directly supporting Eifion, the firm's CEO, working closely with all teams across the business to deliver key strategic objectives. Her extensive experience began as Global Head of Learning and Development for over 15 years, combined with her qualifications as a business coach and facilitator, giving her a strong foundation in driving performance and enabling success across the firm to help deliver on the strategy through a range of workstreams and projects.
She collaborates closely with all practice groups and business services teams, and helps to build and foster strong connections across the global partnership and within the leadership team. Colleagues value her ability to bridge teams and functions to progress priorities—bringing a deep understanding of the business and a pragmatic, people-centred approach.
Victoria leads on a range of strategic projects with others, alongside helping to shape communications, engagement activities and other firmwide events. She helps to ensure that the Global Leadership Team operates with clarity, rhythm, and alignment to the firm’s profitable growth strategy. Her coaching, facilitation, and delivery skills make her a trusted and effective leader in promoting and executing high-impact deliverables across the firm, and directly in her support to Eifion.
