Stephenson Harwood advises Redevco on landmark financing for new debt platform
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Redevco, one of Europe’s leading privately-owned real estate managers, on its first loan financing for its recently launched debt platform.
The £47.5 million facility will enable Original Works, a new platform launched between Invesco Real Estate and Simten, to acquire and complete the refurbishment of a c.56,000 sq. ft office-led scheme at 10 Salisbury Square in the City of London. The project is a comprehensive retrofit and extension to deliver Grade A healthy, progressive office space with the highest sustainability ambitions.
The cross-practice team advised Redevco on the debt finance, real estate, construction, tax and corporate aspects of the transaction.
