  • Advised on the £4 billion merger of LXi with Secure Income REIT plc. We advised on all aspects of the merger, including the substantial real estate due diligence exercise and the £385 million acquisition finance facility.
  • Advised Schroder UK Real Estate Fund on the acquisition of mixed-use assets in Hammersmith, London, from the Matterhorn Palos Partnership for over £150 million.
  • Advised Allianz Real Estate on its €315 million acquisition of the Nice Etoile shopping centre in Nice.
  • Advised Tristan Capital Partners on the acquisition of Stirling Square, a prime office building in central London, from WELPUT.
  • Advised Queensgate Investments on the circa £550 million disposal of the IHG-branded Kensington Forum Hotel.

  • Advised on the joint venture between LaSalle Investment Management (on behalf of the Greater Manchester Pension Fund and the West Yorkshire Pension Fund) and intu plc (and subsequent restructuring and insolvency advice following the administration of intu plc).
  • Advised Zircom, the UK data centre experts, on a joint venture to develop and operate data centres in Morocco with local Moroccan partner Medasys.
