• Advised Inspired Education Group on its acquisition of the Alpha Plus Group from DV4 at an enterprise value of over £230m. Inspired’s portfolio includes 110 schools in 24 countries. We continued to act in ongoing matters on this portfolio.
• Advised Custodian Property Income REIT (CREI) on their merger with abrdn Property Income Trust to create a combined group with a portfolio with around 200 assets in excess of £1bn.
• Advised Rynda Healthcare on its financing of a portfolio of care homes worth in excess of £100m.
