We also advise them on how their arrangements are affected by their corporate transactions, which is often when the arrangements come to fruition. We serve a diverse client base, including FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and AIM companies, private equity houses, a wide range of private companies and start-ups, as well as many non-UK companies. We are a one-stop shop. We can guide clients through all the legal, tax, regulatory and corporate governance aspects, alongside drafting, implementation and general project management.

Our collaborative approach extends beyond the incentives themselves. We work closely with our employment team on employee appointments and terminations, and the tax implications of international assignments. We assist our Private Wealth team on advising high net worth individuals who are looking to relocate to or from the UK. Clients value us for our sensible solutions and co-operative approach, as well as our strong technical knowledge and market experience. 

Outside the UK we frequently work with our office in Dubai on incentives in the UAE and regularly advise US clients on UK remuneration arrangements.
