我们的目标
- Adjustments in the recruitment process
We want to ensure that everyone can perform at their best during the recruitment process. If you have a disability, neurodivergence or long-term condition, we offer adjustments at each stage of the recruitment process. For more information on how to request an adjustment, please see our careers page. - Disability open day
We host a disability open day, which is designed to attract disabled talent to apply for our training contract roles. The open day offers an insight into the firm and our areas of focus, guidance on how to be successful in our recruitment process, and how we are working towards ensuring that the firm is inclusive to disabled talent. For more information on how to apply, click here. - Employ Autism internship programme
We work with the charity Ambitious about Autism to provide eight-week paid internship opportunities for autistic adults to work across our business services teams. Before joining us, their teams and line managers attend a training session to ensure they can provide meaningful support and guidance during the internship.
We provide tailored workplace adjustments to ensure everyone can do their best work.
- Our global workplace adjustments policy provides colleagues with disabilities, neurodivergences and long-term conditions with the adjustments that they need to do their best work. We can also provide workplace assessments and screenings to colleagues who want support on how to navigate their neurodivergence or who suspect they have a neurodivergence.
- Our disability and neurodiversity hub acts as a single place where colleagues can access resources relating to disability inclusion, including a list of accessible technology available at the firm, and guidance on providing adjustments in the recruitment process, for those who interview candidates. We also share our people’s stories about how they use adjustments in their roles.
We are committed to educating and raising awareness around disability and neurodivergence to ensure everyone’s needs are understood and met.
- Enable the firm’s disability and neurodivergence network plays a key role in our firm’s drive towards disability inclusion, by supporting our disabled colleagues and actively promoting greater understanding and inclusion of disability across the firm.
- Our toolkits and online resources are designed to support line managers to have effective conversations with colleagues about their disability or neurodivergence and to remove the onus off the individual.

As a result of our efforts, we have achieved Disability Confident level 3 (Leader) as per the UK Government’s Disability Confident Employer accreditation.
This is the highest accreditation, which reflects a range of work that we have done to attract and recruit disabled and neurodiverse talent to apply for our opportunities as well as retaining and developing our disabled colleagues at the firm.
