Our strategy is one of profitable growth and we aim to achieve this in a number of ways. As well as focussing on developing our own people and ensuring a clear career, hiring lateral partners is crucial to our strategic growth plans.

Whether to further deepen existing areas of strength or to bring a new specialism to the firm we regularly meet informally with lateral candidates. We have considerable experience in lateral hiring and feel that we know what makes a successful hire – whether that’s our card on the table approach or our focus on integration post hire.
