Before becoming a professional support lawyer, Alison was a Managing Associate at the firm. Alison has considerable expertise advising clients on data protection matters, including responding to subject access requests and managing direct marketing activities. She has supported numerous clients, particularly in the financial services sector, on complex GDPR compliance projects and is highly experienced in analysing data protection risks in the context of commercial and corporate transactions. Alison also has significant experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial arrangements for the supply and distribution of goods and services, including supporting life sciences clients with manufacturing and distribution agreements.
Alison is committed to building and maintaining strong client relationships and gained valuable commercial insight through several in-house secondments, including with an insurance intermediary and tech provider and, most recently, a leading global medical technology and pharmaceutical diagnostics business.
