Anna McDowell

Anna helps clients navigate the intricacies of high-value, cross-border disputes arising from sale and purchase contracts, charterparties, bills of lading, and other commercial contracts. She has experience under the LCIA, LMAA, GAFTA, FOSFA, and RSA arbitration rules, as well as appeals before the English High Court. Anna also supports clients with trade finance matters and advises on contractual terms, ensuring commercial contracts are robust and effective.

Anna holds an LLM degree in International Law & Governance from Durham University, and she trained at Stephenson Harwood.
