She provides detailed and regular advice on regulatory compliance, helping firms meet their obligations under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering and anti-bribery regulations. Annabel's expertise extends to health and safety investigations, where she advises clients on all aspects of health and safety enforcement, from investigation to prosecution. Annabel also has extensive experience in representing clients in public inquiries, including the Grenfell Tower Inquiry and the Covid-19 Inquiry. Clients value her depth of understanding of the inquiry process and the unique challenges presented in this arena.
In addition to her practice, Annabel also holds a public appointment with the Ministry of Defence, advising and liaising with key stakeholders in relation to issues affecting veterans and pensions services in London.

Annabel has acted for senior executives and corporates in high-profile white-collar criminal matters, including advising the former CFO of an AIM-listed company in the first criminal prosecution for misleading the market under the Financial Services Act 2012

Annabel regularly conducts complex internal investigations for corporates, particularly in relation to compliance with FCA/PRA regulatory obligations.

Annabel has advised listed corporates in relation to HSE investigations, including providing immediate advice following serious incidents, supporting clients through inquests, and assisting with post-incident risk management.
