Béatrice Bouland

Within the Shipping department Béatrice works in files on corporate law issues.

The main tasks are as follows:

• Incorporation of companies;
• Drafting legal documentation relating to the passing of the accounts;
• Drafting legal documentation relating to the company transactions, for example, change of president, manager, directors, transfer of head office, change of corporate name, amendment of by-laws etc…
• Kept and maintained legal corporate registers; 
• Formalities with the registry and liaising with the formalist.
