Emma Fidler is an English-qualified lawyer based in Dubai with extensive experience in dry shipping, marine, off-shore and international trade matters. She acts for a wide range of clients including shipowners, charterers, energy companies, commodities traders, and P&I clubs, who rely on her expertise to resolve complex disputes arising from charterparties, bills of lading, and other contractual shipping agreements.
