"From the first call, he took complete ownership of the deal. He didn’t just “work on it”—he fully got under the skin of the business, understood every angle of what we were trying to do, and made me feel like I was in the safest hands possible…. Harry didn’t just help close the deal—he made the whole process less daunting and more manageable."

Starting his practice in London before being seconded for three years to Singapore, he has advised key clients in both the London and Southeast Asian M&A markets across diverse sectors including logistics, shipping, corporate real estate, agroforestry and energy.

When advising clients on equity investments and joint ventures, his ability to understand and protect their key interests and drivers within complex contractual arrangements is invaluable.
