As an Associate in the Aviation Litigation and Regulation team at Stephenson Harwood LLP, Jenna has worked with a broad range of aviation clients, including airlines, lessors and financial institutions. She is willing to dive deep into the regulatory position to provide comprehensive and broad advice across disputes arising from aircraft leasing, maintenance, ground handling, licensing and disruptive passengers.
Jenna spent six months working in Singapore and works closely with various South-East Asian clients. She has experience of a wide range of dispute forums, including the English high and county courts, and arbitrations under LCIA and SIAC rules.
Jenna is known for being personable, proactive and communicative and is dedicated to supporting her clients at every stage.
Lease disputes
Represented airlines and lessors on high-value disputes arising out of the operation of wet and dry leases, engine shop visits, and whether maintenance events qualify for release from accrued maintenance reserves.
Redelivery disputes
Represented airlines and lessors on high-value disputes arising out of the maintenance, redelivery or repossession of leased aircraft and engines over a range of issues.
Disputes with airports
Represented airlines in disputes with airports over airport fees and charges.
Dispute with maintenance equipment providers
Advising airlines in relation to disputes with an aircraft maintenance equipment providers.
Regulatory advice
Advised airlines on a variety of commercial and regulatory aspects, including wet leasing arrangements, general terms and conditions of carriage, consumer rights, and disruptive passengers.
Aviation joint venture dispute
Advised an airline in an arbitration over the failed joint venture intended to operate new routes using wet leasing.
