  • Leveraged and acquisition financings

    Advised a range of small-cap and mid-market private equity sponsors - on both buy-side and sell-side mandates - on domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, working with leading banks and alternative lenders.

  • Super senior financings

    Represented super senior lenders in complex leveraged finance transactions (both term and revolving credit facilities) with large-cap private equity sponsors such as Astorg and Pollen Street Capital, and senior lenders including Permira and Ares.
  • Growth financings

    Advised various early and mid-stage businesses on their growth finance facilities by way of revolving credit facilities and borrowing-based lines of credit.
  • Distressed acquisition financings

    Advised a mid-market buy-out specialist on financing the acquisition of assets out of UK administration. Supported an investor in the purchase and restructuring of distressed debt relating to assets acquired from a Guernsey administration process.
  • Asset based financings and restructurings

    Advised on the British Steel insolvency FILO structure. Led a multi-jurisdictional debt restructuring of secured and unsecured loans and convertible loan notes involving 15 lending entities for a corporate borrower. Acted for ABL lenders on UK and Irish asset-based facilities.
  • Interest rate hedging

    Advised corporate borrowers and banks on structuring and negotiating loan-linked interest rate hedging arrangements.
