Michael Taurian

Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Michael trained and qualified in Australia and gained experience across a range of contentious and non-contentious matters arising in the aviation, maritime and transport sectors. His contentious work encompassed both domestic litigation (at first instance and on appeal) and international arbitrations, including in the Middle East.

Michael holds degrees from the universities of Sydney and Cambridge, and has published academic articles on topics of private and public law. He has a particular interest in cross-border, multi-jurisdictional disputes, especially those that involve conflicts of law.
