Michelle has experience working on a range of aviation finance transactions, including sale and leasebacks, prepayments, financings and novations. She regularly acts on cross-border transactions with clients and counterparties located in various jurisdictions including, Indonesia, Ireland, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore.
During her time at Stephenson Harwood, Michelle has worked on significant transactions, including advising Cebu Pacific on the refinancing of seven Airbus A321-211 aircraft and assisting Avation with the financing of an Etihad-operated Airbus A320 acquisition.
Prior to joining the firm, she read Law at the University of Birmingham and worked at an international law firm in their Singapore office.
