Olivia is an Associate in the London and Dubai teams with experience acting for banks, debt funds and other leading financial institutions with a variety of real estate finance transactions involving commercial properties and development facilities. Olivia also has experience acting for private equity sponsors and corporate clients on acquisitions, financings and restructurings on leveraged finance transactions.

Real Estate Finance – lender
- Advised on a series of three transactions to finance the acquisition and development of PBSA with both design and construction tranches.
- Advised a Bank on the refinancing of a property in a freeport zone.
Real Estate Finance - borrower
- Financing the acquisition of 3 special purpose vehicles holding 16 properties across 3 sites in the UK.
- Refinancing of an existing facility into four separate loans across multiple jurisdictions including Singapore, Malaysia, BVI, Jersey and England and Wales.
Leveraged and other
- Represented a private equity firm on the leveraged buyout of an IT consulting and solutions company.
- Advised a Borrower on two NAV facility agreements covering UK, German and Luxembourg assets
- Acted for the Lender on an asset-based lending facility which covered receivables, inventory and real estate assets.
