  • Two Big 4 accounting firms    

    Defending two large accounting firms in multiple negligence claims worth tens of millions of pounds.

  • Cross-border litigation and insolvency

    Acting for the BVI liquidators of Peak Hotels and Resorts Limited in wide¬-ranging, multi-jurisdictional litigation with the company’s former solicitors, which culminated in success before the Supreme Court.

  • Fraud claim    

    Acting for the liquidators of Rangers Football Club in high value and complex claims against the club’s parent company and former solicitors for fraud, negligence and breach of trust.

  • Claims against insolvency practitioners

    Defending the joint administrators of Angel Group Limited in an application to remove them from office, and for various other insolvency practitioners in relation to allegations of negligence and misfeasance and in respect of regulatory investigations by the ICAEW.
