Pauline is an intellectual property lawyer based in Paris. Drawing on experience from both boutique and international law firms, she supports French and international companies across sectors such as retail, fashion, luxury, technology, media, and artificial intelligence.

She advises clients at every stage of their projects, from anticipating legal risks and drafting contracts to managing litigation. Pauline is committed to delivering personalised guidance that helps clients protect and strengthen their intellectual assets in a constantly evolving legal landscape, with a focus on securing and supporting creativity and innovation.

Pauline frequently assists clients in civil court proceedings involving counterfeiting, as well as the validity and ownership of intellectual property rights.
