Peter Sequeira is an associate in our corporate and commercial litigation team, acting for a range of international and domestic clients in complex corporate and financial services High Court litigation as well as arbitration. He advises on general commercial and corporate disputes including contractual, shareholder and agency disputes, as well as advising clients on alternative dispute resolution including expert determination and mediation. Peter has acted for multinational and domestic corporations, including various FTSE100 corporations, governments and public bodies.
Peter also has experience advising UK and international banking and finance institutions on financial services disputes including commercial finance and private wealth disputes. His expertise extends to bringing and defending judicial review claims brought by private corporations and interest groups.
