Pilar has experience advising on Spanish taxation, with a particular focus on direct and indirect taxation, excise duties and tax due diligence processes.

She has worked on transactions across the real estate, renewable energy and investment funds sectors, assisting clients with acquisitions, disposals and investments, as well as providing general tax advice and support throughout the transaction process. She also has experience handling tax proceedings before the Spanish Tax Authorities and the Spanish courts.
