This included refinancing existing bank debt secured against 27 open-hatch vessels through new secured term loans and revolving credit facilities and the novation and amendment of shipbuilding contracts.
  • Financing the UK's First Fully Electric Workboat

    Acted for a leading European alternative investment fund manager in financing the construction of the United Kingdom's first fully electric workboat by a sustainable shipyard. The investment was backed by funding from the UK government's Clean Maritime Demonstration Competition.
  • RCF Conversion for Global Ship Operator

    Represented a Swiss bank in converting a $260 million term loan into a revolving credit facility for one of the world's largest international ship operators. The facility was secured by a diverse fleet, including container ships, product tankers, bulk carriers, and LPG carriers.
  • Securitisation

    Acted for Fleetscape Capital Limited on a securitisation of numerous underlying loans in respect of financing ships leased to various lessees.
  • Superyacht Financing
