Sam has experience advising funders, developers, contractors, and major public sector clients on all aspects of non-contentious construction procurement, including in respect of bespoke EPC contracts, standard form contracts such as JCT and NEC, forward funding agreements, project agreements, professional appointments, bonds, guarantees, and warranties. He has also spent time on secondment at Transport for London and acted on the UK's largest ever private real estate transaction, worth £4.7 billion.
Clients appreciate Sam’s ability to integrate construction advice with other disciplines such as planning and highways, and to consider the commercial context of each transaction, providing seamless support across various sectors.
