Shauna's background is in general commercial litigation as well as having extensive experience within banking litigation. She has broad exposure to claims in both the High Court and the County Courts. She brings experience from other regulated sectors into her current practice within the
aviation litigation team.
Shauna advises on and manages litigation and arbitration for a diverse range of clients, including listed companies and major airlines. With experience in High Court litigation, mediation and ADR, Shauna has successfully handled a
range of complex cases across the spectrum of commercial litigation. She previously worked on a multi-billion portfolio of claims defending one of the UK's largest retail banks.
Shauna brings her extensive knowledge of dispute resolution to the aviation sector and advises both on contentious and regulatory matters for major airlines and others in the sector.
She holds a degree in Law from Cardiff University and was admitted to practice in England & Wales in 2019. Shauna is a board member of the Wales Commercial Law Association (WCLA). Shauna has a developing interest in space law and a forward thinking and innovative approach to her work.
