Siân Whitby is a commercial and competition litigator with experience across a wide range of disputes, with both UK and international reach. She regularly acts for clients in the English High Court, and has experience in the Competition Appeal Tribunal, Commercial Court and Chancery Division, as well as in product liability disputes in the Technology and Construction Court.

Siân is a founding member of the firm's Greenwashing Risk network, advising on regulatory attention and reporting obligations, as well as the potential for disputes arising in the area.
